Zucchini Brownies

Sift 2 c. flour
1 ½ t baking soda
1 t. salt
½ c. cocoa
2 c. Zucchini
1 egg
½ c. oil
2 t. vanilla
1 ¼ c. sugar
Optional: Add 2 c. chocolate chips and 1 cup nuts.

Mix. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
