Mix lemon & pineapple cake mixes and bake as directed for cupcakes.
Cook stirring constantly until thick:
5 TB. flour
5 Tb. sugar
1 c. milk
Cool completely in frig.
Add:
½ c. margarine
½ c. shortening
¾ c. sugar
1 tea vanilla
a speck of salt
Combine mixtures and beat 5 minutes on high. Insert in the bottom of the cup cakes with a pastry decorator using a slight circular motion. Can make choc. Cup cakes with the same filling. Makes 60 cupcakes.
