1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag tater-tots
Put ground beef in casserole dish (nothing else – do not grease.) Put 1 can cream of mushroom soup with ½ can water or milk on top of ground beef. Cover with tater tots.
Cook uncovered 1 ½ hours at 350º or until meat is done. Serve.
* Can also add onion to ground beef.
