Heat water for Jello as directed on package. Melt candy (hard tack, or same flavor as jello) in water. Add ¼ - ½ c. miniature marshmallows to water. When candy and marshmallows are dissolved, add jello and stir till dissolved. Remove from heat and add fruit, if desired. Chill as directed. Before serving top with whipped cream, grated cheese and chopped walnuts.
