3 c. flour
3 tsp. Cream of tartar
1 ½ c. salt
4 TB. Oil
3 c. water
Food coloring
Mix all together. Heat over low flame until mixture lumps together, then stir into mashed potato consistency. Take off heat and knead on counter for 2 or 3 minutes. Keep in airtight container.
