1 c. butter or margarine
4 ½ c. flour
1 ½ c. sugar
1 tsp. Soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, sour cream, and dry ingredients alternately. Roll out to 3/8” thick. Cook 10-13 minutes till light brown around the edges.
