Acapulco Casserole

1 lb. Ground beef

1 ½ TB Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. Chili powder

½ c. shredded cheese

1 can (15oz) red kidney beans

1 c. chopped onion

1 c. chopped celery

1 (16oz) can cream style corn

1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

6 corn tortillas

Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain. Add onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, beans, corn, and tomato sauce. Cook and stir 3 minutes.

Put one tortilla in a round 2 qt casserole dish & top with 1 c. sauce mixture. Top with another tortilla and 1 c. sauce mixture. Continue until all tortillas are used. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for about 30 minutes for 10-12 minutes in the microwave on level 6. Serves 6 to 8.
