1 cube butter
1 pkg. Miniature marshmallows
6-8 c. Rice Crispy cereal
Melt butter and marshmallows in a saucepan over low – med heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add cereal stirring until well coated. Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet and spread out evenly. After cooled, cut into squares. Can add chocolate chips or M & M’s for variety.
